IPB Communications, known for its expertise in public sector consultancy work, has scored a major private sector coup, with the news that it has picked up the PR contract for a regeneration and housing specialist.

Keepmoat, which is based in Doncaster, is IPB’s new client, although it may be more familiar to How-Do readers through the names of its delivery companies, namely Bramhall Construction, Frank Haslam Milan and Haslam Homes.

The firm was recently recognised by the Fast Track 100 as one of the UK's 100-most successful private companies, and was last year subject to a £783 million management buy-out.

IPB, which picked the business up after a four-way pitch, will now be charged with delivering corporate national and regional PR for the firm, and its delivery brands Bramall Construction and Frank Haslam Milan.

IPB’s chief executive and founder Tony Ingham (pictured) said that he was delighted to be working alongside “an organisation that is making a huge impact in responding to the Government's agenda in delivering sustainable communities."

Keepmoat’s David Blunt responded that his firm were impressed with IPB’s “track record for delivering targeted PR campaigns on behalf of public sector clients; their clear understanding of our business and their knowledge of the housing and regeneration environment."
