In securing the accolade Blue Chip becomes the first agency outside of the capital to take the title.
A stunning night for the 30-strong team saw them adding the agency prize to eight awards in total (the most on the evening, earning them the top ranking) that included golds for their Wake Up to Breakfast and Zookeepers promotions for Kellogg's, while the latter also saw them take home the coveted 'audience award'.

In addition it won silvers and bronzes for client campaigns that included work for 3M and Hartley's.
ISP chairman Clive Mishon said of their achievement: "It is good to see that smaller agencies are creating some great work, and also that you do not need to be in London to stand out.”
Blue Chip creative director Stewart Hilton had already told How-Do: "Our industry is traditionally dominated by very large London based agencies, but we have always resisted pressures to move to the capital.
"It’s great to see a hard working, down-to-earth team get the recognition they truly deserve."
