JD Sports has selected Rattle PR to promote its latest venture, Getthelabel.com, with an online brand building push.

The agency, a sister firm of Go Creative, AWA and Made With, has been appointed to target a primary audience of busy, young and brand-aware families across a variety of digital channels.

In doing so it will seek to inculcate the message that the online Get The Label store is the best destination for discounted clothes from names such as Adidas, Fred Perry, Lacoste, Bench, Timberland, Nike and Firetrap.

Agency MD Nigel Hughes said that the client had chosen Rattle for its expertise in delivering online campaigns.

He added that Get The Label was "a tremendous proposition" and offered big savings to online shoppers.
