Manchester law firm Betesh Fox, based in Ralli Courts by the river Irwell, has relaunched itself as Ralli. The brand redesign was created and executed by With, the web site by Harper James and RMS in Altrincham managed the PR launch.
A variety of media platforms have been used to help promote the rebrand including advertising and sponsorship in North West Insider magazine.
The firm, which was founded in 1973, has 100 staff. It has historically been associated with PI (Personal Injury) work but it is keen to broaden awareness of its overall commercial offerings.
“This isn’t just a change of name and logo to make us look prettier. It’s the culmination of nine months hard work and heralds the introduction of exciting changes within the practice” said Ralli partner Christine Oxenburgh.
“We took a long hard look at the practice last year and realised to move forward we had to take some innovate steps.
“There were several reasons for choosing the name Ralli. We didn’t want anything too quirky or made up that would date very soon. Equally, we didn’t want to saddle tomorrow’s partners with the names of today’s people, so steered wide of initials and names. “When everyone came into work on the morning of the relaunch, there was no trace of Betesh Fox. All our old pens had been given to local schools, our mugs had gone to the tea makers at Christies and our old paper had gone for recycling." The firm in its new guise is continuing its shirt sponsorship of Sale Sharks and association with the Youth Music Theatre UK.
