Agent Marketing and banana One scheme by Make Your Mark is to give out free Idea Boxes to help get company bosses to engage with their employees. "The Idea Boxes have already been extremely popular with Merseyside businesses," explained Sarah Bevan-Fischer, head of Make Your Mark North West. "Staff get a unique opportunity to deposit their own ideas for new marketing or sales methods, ways to save money or anything else they feel would benefit the business." One of the first companies to think inside the box was Agent Marketing and director Paul Corcoran said: "The ideas box is a great way of getting staff involved in coming up with new ways of working. All of our team at Agent have being depositing their suggestions and some of their ideas have been put into practice already and it’s a great way of engaging with your staff." Make your Mark is a national campaign aimed at unlocking the country’s “enterprise potential.” It’s not for profit and is backed by a number of businesses, charities and the government. The picture has been supplied by Make Your Mark, we're not entirely sure about the relevance of the inflatable banana, but it could be How-Do's first caption competition....
