Liverpool marketing trio share major new PGA business |

The new Professional Golfers’ Association (PGA) Academy at Formby Hall Golf Club has chosen White Marketing, Paver Smith and Rippleffect to handle its various marketing needs.
The £10m residential golf academy, contructed by Liverpool developer Maghull, includes a new nine-hole academy course, a four star hotel, golf resort, health and fitness facilities with pool and spa, a sports injuries rehabilitation clinic and will also be the new home of the PGA’s Northern HQ.
The PGA Golf Academy is the first of its kind in the UK and will be a National Centre of Excellence for Amateur Golf Training. It is affiliated with Formby Hall Golf Club and will operate alongside the existing club facilities.
The Academy will initially be focusing its promotional efforts on travel, sport and leisure media, domestically and internationally.
White Marketing has been tasked with creating and managing the brand identity, Paver Smith the PR and Rippleffect is to build the web site and handle the e-marketing.
