Manchester Airports Group (MAG) is looking to revamp its design, marketing and print rosters as part of a statutory review, appointing a new group of suppliers in an agreement that will span the next three years.
The group, as the name suggests, has Manchester Airport as the jewel of its business crown, but also operates East Midlands, Bournemouth and Humberside Airports. All four of the bases will be serviced by the new framework. The newly released tender document, seen by How-Do, can be accessed through specialist aviation portal www.airportsmart.com . New designs needed for MAG It splits the rosters into two separate entities – one lot focusing on “the provision of creative design and marketing agency services” and the other on “print management”. Agencies are encouraged to apply for both lots if they feel able to adequately service their needs.Competition for the business is sure to be intense, with a place on a three-year framework dealing with all of the airports’ various creative needs and campaigns (in line with the group’s “brand vision”) being much coveted. The print task also covers all group airports and incorporates “a wide range of print requirements.” MAG is looking to receive tender applications by 2 January, but only from suppliers that can prove they have a turnover exceeding £1m for each of the last three years. The group reviewed its £1.6m media account last year. http://www.manchesterairport.co.uk/ Something to add? Then leave a comment below or email us now.
