Manchester Fertility Services has taken on Peppermint PR to handle its marcomms brief and raise awareness of how it can help couples that are struggling to conceive.
The Peppermint team MFS, which is based at Bridgewater Hospital, is one of the most successful IVF services in the UK and has to date helped to deliver more than 3,000 babies since its inception in 1986.Apparently one in six couples experience fertility problems and MFS claims that its treatments, state-of-the-art theatre and sperm bank (said to be one of the largest in the country) can help them to overcome some of the barriers. Peppermint MD Susie Glaskie said of the new account: “Thirty years on from the birth of the first baby conceived through IVF, fertility remains a highly emotive issue. “Since founding the first fully funded NHS IVF unit in the UK, Professor Lieberman and his team have helped thousands of people to fulfil their dream of having a child. We’re proud to be working with such a ground-breaking team.” Lieberman added that he was “looking to build awareness of the issues affecting fertility – and what treatments we have available to overcome them.” www.peppermintpr.com Something to add?
