Marketing Projects has won the job of publicising the work of the Chester & District Housing Trust, following on from a competitive pitch process.
 Harrad-Roberts The agency, also based in Chester, will now be working alongside design and branding firm Ziggurat, as the two look to push the positives about the Trust’s ambition to provide affordable housing to its tenants.The Trust owns, manages and maintains some 6,234 properties across Cheshire and weighs in as the 8th largest employer in the region. Explaining her agency’s principal task at hand, MS MD Jane Harrad-Roberts noted: “The Trust has made massive progress since 2004, going from a zero to two star excellent rating, one of only three in the UK to make this level of improvement. “We will be working with all CDHT stakeholders to achieve the standards commensurate with the top three star rating. It is clear from the people we’ve met so far at Chester & District Housing Trust that everyone is committed to achieving this.” The agency starts work on the account in January.
