MC2 has brought in specialist accountancy and business advisors Tenon as they look to expand.
Tenon top of the world
The two companies will work closely together with Tenon identifying acquisition targets as well as auditing the company’s accounts and advising them on tax services.
MC2 bought consumer agency Vertigo earlier this year and they’re not planning to stop there:
"We have an ambitious growth plan in place for the next three years, and to achieve our goals it was essential to bring in the services of a firm that views our objectives from an entrepreneurial stance," said MC2 chief executive Mike Perls.
The agency has one of the largest PR teams in the region and along with Citypress is one of very few agencies outside London to offer financial public relations to public quoted companies.
