Mediaedge:cia Manchester picks up £2m Oman Air media business | Print |  Email to a friend
Monday, 05 November 2007
Mediaedge:cia Manchester in a joint pitch with MEC Muscat has won the £2m media planning and buying brief for Oman Air following a pitch involving several international networks.

The introduction to Oman Air came via MEC’s London office which for undisclosable reasons was not able to pitch for the work.

The campaign is expected to focus on outdoor and press advertising initially.

The win caps off a tremendous six months for the agency following the body blow it was dealt in March with the enforced transfer of its £37m Morrisons account to MEC’s London office.

Recent wins for the Manchester office have included the Canary Islands tourist board,  Lil-lets, the UK Car Group and Princes Foods.
