Following a three way pitch, digital agency Code has won a project to develop a new online presence for national house builder Morris Homes.
It is believed that Pavilion and Moonfish were the two other agencies involved in the pitch process.
In addition to developing Morris’ online presence, Code will be managing a digital marketing and related SEO campaign. Emma James, marketing manager at Morris said: "The residential property market is an increasingly competitive one dominated by online search, in fact figures show that 100 million people search for houses online every year.
“Our new digital solution will drive more buyers to our properties and allow Morris to leap ahead of the competition.”
Morris, based in Wilmslow, is one of the country’s largest privately owned house builders. It currently has over 70 sites in development across the UK.
