Cheshire’s Promotion Space Group has bought out its main competitor to become the largest commercialisation agency in the country.
The Wilmslow company acquired Brandspace for an undisclosed sum, to take their gross annual billings to £20 million.
They will keep Brandspace’s office in London, but their headquarters will remain in the North West.
The purchase gives Promotion Space Group a portfolio of more than 125 venues from Covent Garden to Liverpool One and several major retail outlets.
It keeps the expansion plans promised by new chairman Richard Wright on target. He arrived in February just after the group had added Fitting Exposure to its growing list of acquisitions. www.promotion-space.com Something to add? Then leave a comment below or email us now.
