The latest campaign for New Balance starts this week, designed by PHD North , which won their global account earlier this year.
 Poster Called LOVE/hate. This is the New Balance it’s been developed by New York’s BBDO. The £500k campaign will run across Europe in press, online and outdoor in the run up to the Beijing Olympics. "New Balance are known for running by serious runners, the brief set to PHD North was to take this appeal further and target a wider fitness focussed consumer," explained Stuart Howarth, marketing manager at New Balance. "The campaign has answered this brief perfectly, aligning all activity to the daily routine and media consumption of the modern professional."
"Through this campaign, New Balance showcase their intuitive understanding of the dedicated runner’s relationship with the sport and we have focused our communications planning to further drive this insight by focusing on hitting runners when running is on their minds," added Emma Horton, PHD North account director.
