The Earl and Countess of Derby unveiled a new identity at Knowsley Hall last night as part of the Knowsley Estate’s push to increase its conference venue and functions business.
Konwsley The Hall, the Estate and the Safari Park will all be henceforth combined as ‘Knowsley’.
Lord Derby, whose family have been at the Hall since 1385 said: “It was fantastic to see the new branding displayed so adventurously at the front of the Hall. My ancestors may not have been too enamoured with such a public display, but this adventurous way of doing things is testament to the new image of the Estate.”
In addition to the conferencing and wedding facilities, new initiatives such as Knowsley 4x4 and Aerial Extreme have been launched on the 2,500 acre estate. The branding has been created by Chester design consultancy Reasonably Good.
The media relations account was won by Bell Pottinger North’s Liverpool office.
In addition to the new branding, a promotional campaign will be undertaken which has been created by Blacksheep Advertising, also of Chester. Blacksheep had to pitch against two other unnamed agencies for the work. www.knowsley.com Something to add? Then leave a comment below or email us now.
