New investment paying off for Parker Sandford | Print |  Email to a friend
Monday, 14 January 2008
Following external investment and a relaunch last year, marketing agency Parker Sanford – formerly gemcreative – has won a number of new clients and projects.

Joint MDs Duncan Sandford and Danny Parker decided to seek external investment last year to help fund their ambitious business development plans. A private individual subsequently took a substantial minority stake in the agency enabling a relocation to bigger offices and a larger scale new business drive to take place in the latter half of 2007.

Following external investment and a relaunch last year, marketing agency Parker Sanford – formerly gemcreative – has won a number of new clients and projects.
The agency has been appointed to develop the marketing strategy and digital marketing for international sports protective manufacturers Optimum Sport.

Another long-standing client, Pataks Foods, has awarded various projects to the agency involving brand consolidation, new product launches and support with the food company’s growing US market.

Other new projects include the relaunch of a full ‘transactional’ website for The Living Company, the rebranding and relaunching of independent travel company Airstream and a full range of marketing support for soft furnishings retailer Abitare.

Based in Wigan, the agency has 14 staff. Other clients include Puma, the BBC, JJB, Ainscough Crane Hire, Warburtons, Princes Foods and Freedom Finance.
