New property developer appoints the Bird Consultancy |

Circalife, which was has yet to complete a development, has appointed the Bird Consultancy, as it prepares to launch a number of schemes.
Based in Castlefield Manchester, Circalife was established in 2005 by Darren Barlow, former owner of Compass Interiors, a shopfitting and design company.
 The Grammercy The company has several developments in progress including apartments and commercial space in Castlefield, a hotel in Manchester city centre and a one-off development in Worsley.
The Worsley development, The Grammercy, has already won an award before it has been completed. Situated adjacent to the Worsley Marriott Golf Club, the single house has won an MSA (Manchester Society of Architects) residential award for its design.
The company’s two proposed developments in Castlefield are called Ino and Yoana. The Bird Consultancy won the business in a two way pitch with one other unnamed agency. Account director Karen Monks said: "CircaLife is committed to creating spaces for the business of living, with some stunning developments in line. They have a passion for design and winning awards and we are very much looking forward to working with them." The Bird Consultancy was established by Chris Bird 17 years ago. Bird was previously in radio and was also MCFC’s chief executive. The company’s clients include QHotels, Betfred, The University of Manchester and Manchester Central. www.circalife.com/
