Obama win overshadows Love’s Nando chips | Print |  Email to a friend
Friday, 07 November 2008
Timing is everything and sadly the launch of Nando’s new peri-peri chips, designed by Love Creative happened the morning after the night before, so it didn’t quite hit the national media with such a bang.

Obama win overshadows Love’s Nando chips
Chipper
So while Barack Obama and America celebrated (or commiserated) Love were tucking into the new flavours of chips, which are of course crisps in the UK.

The Grocery Company, which licenses Nando's branded products brought in Love to design the packaging.

The packaging, which is matt-finished is aimed at the high end crisp market - such as Kettle Chips.

There are 3 flavours at the moment with more to follow and they’ll be available in all good supermarkets.

What the hell is this story actually about?

It's rubbish man. Are you trying to say a new crisp launch would have got more coverage if it hadn't been for the elections???

Or did you have a space to fill with a press release?

liked the sponsored ad that links potato chips with blue chip investments. Very funny. Amazing what your software can dig up. Now can you find out why we can't get crisps with those little blue bags of salt anymore.
