Catalogue giant, Otto, is to launch Oli, a new fashion branded catalogue, in the summer.
Media planning and buying for the new project has been awarded to PHD North which handles the rest of Otto’s reported £8m media spend.
Oli will be the Bradford-based company’s second new launch this year following the launch of Montage in March. Jason Spencer, a director at PHD North in Manchester, would not disclose the value of the additional business but he did confirm that PHD is working with Otto UK on other projects in development.
The new catalogue is aimed at a younger and more affluent market than Otto’s traditional markets in that it is targeting fashion-conscious consumers.
PHD North won the business from MediaVest Manchester in 2006.
Otto also owns the Freemans and Grattans catalogue brands. The company, headquartered in Hamburg, is one of the world’s largest mail order companies.
