Liverpool PR agency Paver Smith, has won a clutch of new business in the past few weeks including work for Ampy Metering of Peterborough, R&R Bars of Nottingham and the new PGA Academy and leisure complex at Formby Hall Golf Club.
MD Dougal Paver claims that the agency has already won a further £60k of new work in May and now needs an additional six staff to help the agency cope with existing and expected new business.
The agency moved into its new office on the top floor of The Plaza (the former JM Centre) in April. Paver believes the agency’s commitment to developing his staff is a key factor in its success and points to the Investors in People programme the agency is progressing.
He said: “You can count on the fingers of one hand the agencies who’ve gone to this trouble and our professionalism and focus seems to chime with candidates.”
