Paver Smith wins Greater Manchester public health campaign

Paver Smith has won a competitive 4-way pitch to deliver a social marketing campaign on behalf of the Greater Manchester Public Health Network.

Targeting hard-to-reach communities, it will be promoting free health checks and lifestyle advice to help reduce illness.

“Paver Smith’s approach was both creative and effective. We tested their design concepts across a range of focus groups and it was clear that they would achieve our aims in terms of communicating some key messages to communities most at risk of illness through poor lifestyle choices. I am looking forward to working with them on this exciting project,” said Edna Boampong, head of communications for Greater Manchester Public Health Network.

The North West agency will devise creative elements of the campaign including a website, leaflets, posters, giveaways and the design of a touring health check bus.

It will also be using public relations and social media to engage with the audience.

“It’s great to be working on a project which will hopefully make a real difference to people’s lives and encouraging, as an agency, to continue to win business in Greater Manchester against fierce competition,” added Paver Smith managing partner Jon Brown.
