The third fastest growing grocer in the UK, according to The Grocer magazine, has appointed Hale based Peppermint PR - a business that now appears to be growing pretty quickly itself.

Peppermint has collected the Home Bargains win (a brand which is owned by parent firm T J Morris) alongside two other retail accounts, namely Adams Kids, the high street children’s fashion chain, and fashion e-tailer www.nothingnewtowear.com.

The third fastest growing grocer in the UK, according to The Grocer magazine, has appointed Hale based Peppermint PR - a business that now appears to be growing pretty quickly itself.
Fresh fields for Peppermint
Lumped together these new accounts are set to double the turnover of the agency, prompting a move to new premises that will be three times the size of the team’s existing offices.

Some of the ample desk space is set to be occupied by Peppermint’s new sister company, Peppermint Digital, which launches this month with the recruitment of Graham Robinson from JWT.

The new firm is set to offer the entire gamut of digital services, ranging from web design and development through to SEO and online marketing.

Commenting on the changes at the business Suzy Glaskie, who founded Peppermint in 2003, said: “The latest string of high profile account wins, along with the launch of a digital agency marks a new era for Peppermint and a period of significant growth.

“Having a sister company with exceptional design and technical expertise means we can now bring our clients a full suite of digital services alongside more traditional PR disciplines.  We’re fully on course for achieving our aim of doubling turnover this year.”

Robinson, a senior designer at JWT, brings with him seven years of experience working on brands such as Magnet, ASDA, Boots, Currys and Sainsbury’s.
