Peppermint PR has been appointed by Manchester restaurant Zouk Tea Bar and Grill to handle its media relations.

“Zouk has exploded onto Manchester’s food scene and quickly established itself as a new generation restaurant – one that fuses authentic cuisine with an innovative twist,” said Jean-Philippe Glaskie, joint managing director at Peppermint PR.
The first Zouk restaurant opened in Bradford in 2005, with a second arriving in Manchester earlier this year:
