Qatar Airways to sponsor Euro Hockey in Manchester |

The bi-annual 2007 Euro Hockey Nations Championships, to be held in Manchester from 18 to 26 August at Belle Vue, will be sponsored by Qatar Airways.
Qatar, in common with fellow Middle-Eastern based airlines Emirates and Etihad, is rapidly expanding internationally and in addition operates out of Manchester Airport.
Peter Spencer, Qatar Airways', general manager, said: "The Euro Hockey Nations Championships will provide Qatar Airways with significant brand exposure in the UK and internationally, while promoting our flights from Manchester and London via Doha to the world."
