Macclesfield's Context PR has come through a two-way pitch to collect the national media relations brief for Qire.
Qire is a Liverpool-based provider of Voice CRM solutions to clients such as Littlewoods, Santander and Trent Water. Its applications can be used to provide services such as confirming appointments, emergency alerts and also to boost efficiency in retail delivery and contact centre environments. The business is charging Context with raising awareness of its offer across consumer and trade press, with specific focus on industry sectors such as retail, financial services and healthcare.
