Shopping outlet firm McArthurGlen has made a new senior marketing appointment at its Wirral-based Cheshire Oaks site.

Shopping outlet firm McArthurGlen has made a new senior marketing appointment at its Wirral-based Cheshire Oaks site.
Rhodes: targeted strategy
Shaun Rhodes has been moved up from acting marketing manager to permanent marketing manager at the centre.

He took over in a temporary position in March this year and has so far spent four years with the firm in a marketing capacity. Prior to that he was part of the management teams for the Meadowhall Centre in Sheffield and Watford’s Harlequin Shopping Centre.

Rhodes will be supported by marketing executive Helen Williams.

Speaking to How-Do about his ambitions in the role, he commented: “My objective is to develop and deliver a targeted strategy that reaffirms Cheshire Oaks, Britain’s biggest designer outlet, as a major shopping destination within the North West.”

McArthurGlen consolidated its creative and digital accounts into Manchester earlier this year, awarding Clear Marketing the former and Code Computer Love the latter.
