RMS bulks up with ‘weight loss’ tea win | Print |  Email to a friend
Thursday, 25 October 2007
If you want to look like Victoria Beckham, or Oprah Winfrey, then RMS PR is advising that you get some Infusium Wu Long Tea down you.

The Altrincham based PR agency has picked up the brief to promote the tea in the UK after securing a deal with Wu 4u, the country’s only authorised distributor.

WLT (for the sake of brevity) is apparently effective at increasing the drinker’s metabolism, while suppressing their appetite – attributes that are said to have won Mrs Beckham over, while prompting Winfrey (a celebrated exponent of weight fluctuations) to brew up a pot on her show.

RMS is now seeking to raise the profile of Sale based Wu 4u, an online business founded by Brian Harvey (not the Brian Harvey? Ed).

The win marks a further step forward for RMS’ consumer division, following on from its recent Balti Wines appointment.

In further news at the agency, 24-year-old English graduate Emma Cameron has joined from Rossiter Media in Warrington.

Cameron, who spent two years working on the Northwich Guardian, will be working with clients such as insurance brokerage Caunce O’Hara, solicitors Boote Edgar Esterkin, Mansfield Building Society and independent consultancy The Urquhart Partnership.
