RMS PR is branching into new business areas, and countries, with the announcement that the Altrincham-based firm has opened up a dedicated overseas property division.
The agency, usually associated with B2B clients, has grown from seven members of staff to 12 in the past year and sees considerable potential in the new field of operation. RMS: a place in the sun Matt Wells, who will be heading the team, explained: “Given the current economic climate in the UK and the strain of day-to-day living and working, many people are now looking at property abroad as an investment, or even as a chance to start afresh abroad.”RMS is kick-starting the venture with two new client wins; Cypriot property specialist Morpheus Investments and leading Menorcan estate agency Bonnin Sanso. The latter was recommended to the agency by fellow Manchester agency Rhino Design. Wells added that the firm has worked extensively with international property expert Adrian Taylor at law firm LHS, which has helped build the foundations of the new division. He concluded: "We are looking forward to promoting our overseas property clients to the British media and also firming up our international contacts.” www.rmspr.co.uk
