Altrincham’s RMS public relations has won a 5 way pitch to provide PR and marketing for Wright Robinson College in Gorton, Manchester.
Touch of class The agency will develop its marketing collateral, website, advertising and direct mail.
“We chose RMS after a fiercely competitive tender process. They’re a full service agency with a super track record. Their creative flair, thorough understanding of our objectives and their strategic approach stood out a mile,” explained Neville Beischer, headmaster at Wright Robinson.
The college is a specialist sport and arts college for the 11-16 age group and according to Wikipedia (so it must be true), its new £53m site makes it the most expensive state school ever built in Europe.
Its facilities include 8 ICT laboratories, an Apple Mac media suite and a 25m swimming pool - How-Do notices not a single mention of blackboards and classrooms in this description.
“Being chosen as Wright Robinson’s retained agency is a major public sector coup for us. Winning this full service account will add to our growing public sector division. We’re looking forward to really putting the school on the map,” added Ruth Shearn, managing director of RMS PR.
Last week the agency announced that it was working with the Duchess of York’s office to market a regeneration project in Wythenshawe. Something to add? Then leave a comment below or email us now.
