Sales promotion agency HRG has opened an office in Wilmslow, the agency’s first office outside its Northampton base, and has appointed Jonathan Bowden as its regional director.
HRG employs 35 staff and claims a turnover approaching £4.5m.
The company’s clients include Crown Paints, Warburton’s, Mars, Foxes Biscuits and BlackBerry.
Bowden Bowden told How-Do that it was HRG’s success last year in winning new business from Crown and Warburton’s that prompted it into the decision to open an office in the North West. And he maintained that the agency had several other regional clients lined up.
Bowden is no stranger to HRG having worked for the agency ten years ago.
He has recently been working as a consultant handling a range of projects for Punch Taverns, E&J Gallo wine, the Spirit Group and Cask Marque.
Prior to going freelance, he worked for PDP which became Momentum. At Momentum he was an account director managing teams working on Coca Cola Enterprises, Littlewoods Shop Direct, Pontin’s and Red Stripe lager.
