Multi-Michelin starred, celebrity chef, Heston Blumenthal, will again be involved as he’s been employed by Häagen Dazs to get people inspired by ice cream.

The Fat Duck proprietor is famed for his unusual mixture of ingredients and scientific approach to cooking, but he hasn’t been involved in this creation.

Traditionalists will be pleased to know that the flavour of summer this year will be raspberries and meringue.

However, Mark Perry, account director at Staniforth has revealed that the chef will be creating a recipe inspired by the ingredients.
