Staniforth goes for new look with Interactive Dimension

Staniforth has turned to Interactive Dimension in Preston to redesign its website and revamp its PR Media Blog.

Part of the TBWA group, Staniforth’s new website will be based on its parent agency's Projeqt platform - a content management system which allows content to be displayed in a slide show.

These slides will carry images, text and feeds from the agency blogs (it's adding a second blog purely to focus on agency and client news) and its Twitter account.

"We are now in the era when PR companies need to consider having owned media rather than just a website and maybe a blog. Our existing 'PR Media Blog' attracts 5,000-10,000 visitors a month," said Staniforth boss, Rob Brown.

"We want to build on that and create a range of sites and platforms appropriate to the range of communications tasks that we have. With 'PR Media Blog' we've built a following for the thoughts, opinions and insights of our staff. The new blog will effectively combine the idea of a digital newsroom, press area with a blog where we can engage with journalists and opinion formers and they can engage with us."

It’s not been revealed when the new site will be launched.
