Tangerine bolsters team with five appointments

Tangerine PR has appointed five new staff across its consumer and digital teams.

Sophie McCartney and Stephanie Jamieson, pictured, join the consumer team, while Alistair Beech and Adam Fairclough have been recruited to Tangerine's Juice Digital spin-off to work on social media as 'online community managers'.

Paul Brady, pictured, has been hired as an in-house designer who will work across the b2b, consumer and digital teams.

McCartney was previously a senior account manager from McCann Erikson Central while Jamieson held an in-house PR and retail role at fashion label, Abercrombie & Fitch.

Beech previously worked as a freelance consultant within the music, arts, entertainment and event sectors, while Fairclough has joined from Transport for Manchester, where he was communications manager.

The Manchester-based company, which now has 40 staff, said it is also looking to recruit a variety of other staff.

Director Sarah Halton said: “2011 was our best year to date and already 2012 is looking to be even better. The growth of the Tangerine Group as a whole also means we are constantly on the lookout for talented individuals to join all our teams – consumer, b2b and digital.”
