TBWA jumps in with Serco
This will see the Didsbury-based agency providing online, direct mail, e-CRM, outdoor and press work for Serco, developing marketing plans for each of its facilities.

Sister agency Staniforth has also been called in to handle the PR brief.

In a statement released yesterday, Serco’s group marketing manager Catherine Lunt said: “We have adopted a new marketing led approach at Serco Leisure.

“We are aiming to align branding and communications across the country whilst ensuring we deliver to diverse local markets and achieve our clients’ objectives.  This is a very exciting time as we prepare for London 2012.”

TBWA picked the assignment up following on from a competitive pitch against unnamed agencies.
