Ten Advertising has taken on Lucy Docherty and Mike Copley as the Poynton based firm continues to see growth in its client base.
 Docherty and Copley Docherty, 25, the daughter of ex-Manchester United boss Tommy Docherty, previously spent over two years at Purely Media as a planner and buyer before taking a season out to ski rep in Austria. She joins the outfit in the position of account exec.Copley steps into the position of group account director at the agency after a five-year tenure in the same role at Stockport’s Promedia. He will be working alongside Ten’s MD Melanie McNabb on the strategic development of the business. McNab said of her new recruits: “"I had been aware of Mike's reputation for some time and am thrilled that he has decided to join Ten. Likewise, Lucy has already demonstrated her credentials and is proving herself to be a valuable member of the team. “Any business is only as strong as its people and if we want to keep achieving, it is important to make the right appointments.
