The results of the How-Do Top 100 North West Brands have been announced at a launch event at Urbis in Manchester.
A PDF of the complete analysis together with related background information will be published on How-Do shortly. Sir Howard Bernstein The survey can be found here - www.brandsurveys.co.uk The initiative was supported by leading law firm Hill Dickinson, the CBI and the CIM (Chartered Institute of Marketing). The analysis was managed by Ci Research and MediaVest provided additional media expenditure analysis.
A number of senior representatives of the nominated brands attended the event which was compered by broadcaster Martin Henfield with Sir Howard Bernstein as the guest speaker. Bernstein was clearly enthused with the initiative as the whole theme of branding, with specific relation to cities, is a subject close to his heart.
To ensure the survey, which was promoted widely through How-Do, the CBI, the CIM and the broader media across the North West, was conducted and managed with the utmost credibility and transparency, one of the UK’s leading independent research companies, Ci Research of Cheshire, was asked to structure, manage and validate the whole process.
