The recently enhanced team at Wilmslow’s The Raft has been signed up to deliver the marketing communications needs for Alphason Designs, part of the Armour Group plc, throughout the rest of 2008 and 2009.
Alphason is arguably the biggest name in the UK’s niche sector of ‘audio-visual entertainment furniture’, manufacturing products such as TV stands and wall brackets. It has selected The Raft as its marketing partner after the agency delivered on a project to launch its Viewsmart range – a task that encompassed creating a new identity, packaging design for 30 products, brochures and marketing collateral in an eight week timeframe. Alphason’s product director Noel Riley said of the duo’s next collaboration: “We will be working together on the next major initiative – the launch of a superior range of Conran-inspired TV furniture targeted at independent furniture retailers.
