Monday, 30 June 2008

Lancaster's The Rehab Agency is one of twelve North West agencies to make it into the second annual Recommended Agency Register (RAR) . The agency has also been invited to speak at a Channel 4 conference this week on digital marketing.

The RAR is a survey of 1200 clients and highlights the country's top design, advertising and marketing companies.

It's mailed out to more than 3000 marketing professionals, it onto an exclusive national register which highlights the country's most impressive design, advertising and marketing companies via an extensive survey of 1,200 clients.

The RAR said: "Rehab is highly recommended for its creativity, and its clients are also very impressed by their strategic thinking, effectiveness and value for money."

"Making it onto the RAR is a great testimony to the service we offer," said The Rehab Agency’s managing director Janie Ash.

"We strive very hard to deliver an exceptional level of creativity and ideas-driven marketing in both traditional and digital media, and it’s hugely rewarding to know that our clients wholeheartedly endorse our approach."

Channel 4 have invited the agency to contribute to 2gether 08 , a conference exploring how digital technologies and social media can promote social innovation and create public value.

"We have a number of registered charities as clients and pride ourselves on utilising the cost-effective nature of online marketing to help them to raise their profiles and target new audiences," says Ash.

It takes place in London on July 2nd and 3rd.

Who exactly runs the Reccomended Agency Register? Who is independently validiatng their claims to survey 1200 clients? Doesn't the fact that agencies have to pay to be considered completely undermine any claim it has to be impartial?
