The Translation People launches after buyout from Adecco |

£2m turnover marketing agency support firm Roevin Translation Services has re-launched as The Translation People, following a MBO from global recruitment giant Adecco.
 Nichols, Wilde and world The firm, which is headquartered in Didsbury, counts agencies such as McCann Erickson, Barrett Dixon Bell and Creative Lynx as clients, providing specialist translation and interpreting services.Its 16 strong headcount includes multilingual typesetters and copywriters, helping agencies make the most of international marketing opportunities. Steve Wilde, previously a director of Roevin, spearheaded the purchase along with international trade specialist David Nichols. Wilde now takes the mantle of MD while Nichols is company secretary. The Didsbury office will be run on a day-to-day basis by existing ops manager Liz Athey. The Translation People also boasts offices in Heathrow, Glasgow and Birmingham.
