Brand and packaging agency Touchpoint has been signed up by Lancashire’s Fine Fragrances and Cosmetics to create new packaging for a range of the firm’s best selling scents.

The agency will now be tasked with creating a selection of gift sets for next Christmas to promote enduring brands such as Tweed, Panache, Chique, White Satin, Lace and Taylor of London.

Each perfume is set to have four gift set designs to create stand out for consumers in the crowded fragrance market.

Howard Wright, creative director at Touchpoint, said of the assignment: “The fragrance market is more competitive than ever, with new celebrity and designer fragrances entering the market every month supported by big marketing campaigns.
 
“We will be innovating and helping to evolve these fantastic perfume brands with a makeover for 2008.

“We will create massive on shelf stand out for these iconic perfume brands, promoting their time-served qualities and appeal to all ages of the market - from Grandmothers to teenagers."
