Twodays gets a lot of Love
Jonathan Rigby’s new agency, twodays , has gone online ahead of its official launch in October.

The blog has apparently had to come out of the woodwork because naughty journalist types, like those at How-Do , heard wind of the project before we were supposed to.

You can’t trust the press.

Set up with the full support of his current agency, Love, it will become a reality in the Autumn.

Rigby
"Jon's spent 3 successful years working for Love and we thought it was high time he became his own boss.

"2Days is currently being developed as a vehicle for his considerable talent and is due for a formal launch in October, when Jon's contract with LOVE finishes," said Love managing director Alistair Sim.

"Jon has our full support in this new venture and we wish him well. More information on this and other initiatives will be released in due course."

According to his CV (oh yes How-Do knows all), Rigby is "managing partner" and "freelance consultant" for the new "agency collective."

It's an "agency collective" because calling it a "consultancy" suggests: "we might spout loads of useless theory nonsense". Hmm, so may be worth looking at job title number 2.

It promises to provide a "a plug in service of rapid planning, strategy, ideation, agency management expertise and insight for creative agencies, media agencies, client marketing and npd departments."
