Manchester’s Mediavest has been appointed to handle the latest marketing drive for B2B telecoms provider Unicom.
Unicom provides a directory service which it claims undercuts rival offerings from firms such as 118 118, BT and Yellow Pages. It has chosen Mediavest to co-ordinate its autumn radio campaign pushing this proposition, with a burst of activity across its five key strategic operating areas of London, Leeds, Sheffield, Hull and Middlesbrough. James Reddington from Mediavest noted that: "Radio is a massively strong and effective media channel to promote a service such as 118 777.” He added that the campaign was already “achieving a high level of memorable coverage at a very affordable price." Unicom is also headquartered in Manchester, with nine other regional offices, and currently employs 500 people. www.mvmediagroup.co.uk Something to add? Then leave a comment below or email us now.
