Veolia Environmental Services, the UK’s largest waste management company, has taken on Bollington’s IAS b2b Marketing to tackle its marketing communications and brand development brief.
Morrice: profiting from waste Veolia is a true giant of waste sector; employing 13,000 staff in the UK (out of a global workforce of 100,000) and turning over £1.2billion.It will now automatically leap to the top of IAS’s client list – in terms of fees – as it looks to the agency to handle a brief that encompasses print, research, e-marketing, PR, events and sponsorship elements. The stated aim is to help boost the company’s brand and reflect its leading position in the UK marketplace. The win was enough for Rob Morrice, the MD and founder of IAS, to quip: “It just goes to show wherever there’s muck there’s brass.” He added: “Veolia Environmental Services is the UK waste sector’s best kept secret and it’s our job to make sure it becomes a household name.” www.iasb2b.com Something to add?
