The first task will see the team charged with ensuring that consumer media audiences become a little more familiar with Kenna, who currently hosts the Chris Kenna Show on Red TV, Sky channel 186.

The actor, producer and presenter apparently has some ‘high profile assignments’ set to hit TV screens later in the year and Vertigo will now be on hand to make sure potential audiences are well aware of his plans.

Meanwhile, Love Your Art joins the rank of agency clients with a brief to generate awareness of the new company prior to the launch of its York-based shop.

The business, which was set up by Jo Caswell and Sarah Clark, aims to become a nationally recognized brand, providing members of the general public with the opportunity to own exclusive art works.

Abby Wright, account director at Vertigo, said of the new client: “Love Your Art has a completely unique offering, and it’s great to be involved with such a ground-breaking project with people as passionate as Jo and Sarah.

“The brand has a strong future ahead of it, and we will be putting in place a hard-working campaign that will prove that fine art needn’t cost a fortune.”
