Brown to dep ed at Visiter and Higginson to Westmorland Gazette |

Andrew Brown has been appointed deputy editor at the Southport Visiter and Lisa Higginson has moved to the Westmorland Gazette as a reporter.
Brown was previously assistant editor at the title while Higginson was previously at the Lancaster And Morecambe Citizen.
