Council launches Business Shuttle to help economy |

Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council has launched a new, monthly paper called The Business Shuttle, to help small businesses through the recession.

Content will include trading standards, planning and economic regeneration. It will also look at town centre issues, markets, culture, leisure and legal advice.
Lee added that he was asking all the council’s departments to pay bills early to help cash flow.
