In September, How-Do will be launching another first for the region: the How-Do Media 100.
The How-Do Media 100 will feature the most influential and powerful media folk based in the North West.
Individuals from TV, radio, press and publishing, film and production, new media, PR and advertising.
There are similar national and international groupings of influential media folk but they typically focus – and understandably – on the world’s leading international media centres which, in the UK’s case, is London.
However, such rankings afford How-Do an excellent opportunity to publish a meaningful and unique list of the most influential and powerful media folk in the North West – by far the UK’s largest concentration of media activity outside the capital.
And to those people living and working in or doing media business in the region, the list will be 100% relevant.
The list, for which we already have many more potential entrants than the requisite 100, is guaranteed to both surprise and illustrate in equal measure the depth and breadth of the North West’s media community.
Judges
Such lists are by nature objective and credibility is paramount. Thus we’re delighted to have assembled a first class team of judges which includes Jim Hancock, Martin Brooks, Mike Williams, Dave Carter, Arabella McIntyre Brown and Keith Sutton.
Sponsor
How-Do is also pleased to announce that the leading international out of home advertising contractor, the EYE Corp, has agreed to be one of the two sponsors supporting the How-Do Media 100.
Launch
The How-Do Media 100 will be officially launched in September when readers and others will have the opportunity to participate and submit nominations for the judging panel’s consideration.
Publication
The list will be published in the autumn on How-Do together with a specially created PDF.
