Innes joins the Echo and Kelly the Chorley Guardian |

Caroline Innes has joined the Liverpool Echo as health reporter and Robert Kelly has joined the Chorley and Leyland Guardian as the sports reporter.
Innes has moved across from the Daily Post where she was a reporter.
Kelly, 24, was previously a digital researcher on the Chorley Guardian.
He completed his NCTJ at Liverpool Community College.
His predecessor at the paper, Mike Day, has joined a PR agency.
