MEN Media has released the results of a survey commissioned from Warwick University’s Institute for Employment Research which it claims is the largest ever piece of recruitment research carried out in the UK.

MEN Media has released the results of a survey commissioned from Warwick University’s Institute for Employment Research which it claims is the largest ever piece of recruitment research carried out in the UK.
The results of the survey were unveiled at a presentation to over 100 recruitment folk at a recent launch event in Manchester.

The research consisted of two phases, the first of which was released in 2001.

The commission involved 600 employers and 1,000 employees across the UK questioned on various aspects of current recruitment behaviour and asked respondents their views on how recruitment behaviour might change in the future.

MEN Media believes that the research, which it claims is the largest of its type ever undertaken in the UK, will help it plan its recruitment 'portfolio' as it gears up to a more ‘convergent future’.
