Kerry Spencer, the former editor of YQ Magazine, has joined exclusive lifestyle title Waterfront, as it looks to almost double its circulation and push into new geographical areas.
Waterfront launched earlier this year with a USP of targeting homes that fell into the £750,000+ price bracket in Wirral, Merseyside, North Cheshire and Lancashire.
The New Year edition will now hit the homes of south Manchester and Cheshire that fall into the £1,000,000+ category.

This will see the title being delivered to the new stomping grounds of Hale and Bowdon, Mere, Alderley Edge, Mottram St Andrews, Prestbury, Dunham Massey, Altrincham, Knutsford, Mobberley and Wilmslow - a veritable ‘where’s where’ of the region’s most exclusive enclaves.
That expansion will push the print run from the current 12,000 to 22,000 copies.
At the head of this charge will be new editor Spencer, formerly features editor and then editor of YQ Northwest, who is currently in the process of ‘restructuring’ the content.
She said she was “thrilled” to have taken on the new challenge, adding: “The title is still in its infancy and with the expansion of the magazine’s circulation, we felt it vital to enhance and take the content forward too.
She continued: “I’m really excited by the method of distribution used here at Waterfront (hand delivery to the properties); knowing that the magazine is reaching its target audience when so much hard work is put into the product is incredibly fulfilling.”
Fellow new recruits Craig Bowyer, a designer, and editorial assistant Laura Sefton will help Spencer in her duties.
